This is my second year taking part in the Great Guitar Build Off. In line with last year, I went with a design that puts the beauty of the wood in the spotlight, but I pushed things just a little bit further this year. I built a neck through, carve top, multi scale, hollow body Jazzmaster guitar with a tailpiece. Some of these elements sound like they wouldn’t work together, and they didn’t at first, but after overcoming some challenges I am delighted with how the guitar turned out! It looks and sounds fantastic.
