My name is Lars Grape. I'm a bass player, a selflearn luthier and a professional idiot. Now, this is a guitar build off, so I obviously have to build a bass... and a strange one, of course. My plan is to build Fenrir: a seven string, headless, fanned frets bass, with narrow string spacing (a midway between a guitar and a bass) and custom engraving.  And I will do everything with almost no powertools (I'll use just a drill) and a lot of pain and time.
