My name is Duane Huff. I live in Post Falls Idaho with my wife and kids. I am a full time lead A&P mechanic for Empire Aerospace. I have a love for music and wood working. So, why not put the two together and have the best of both worlds. I started building guitars last year and have been building since. It is my dream to build guitars for a living. I plan on building my entry from scratch, I am using a variety of woods from Ambrosia Burrell wood, purple heart and a few others. I have been searching for awhile now for the perfect piece of wood to speak to me and the Burrell slab I found just spoke volumes. If all goes well I will be creating "The Phoenix" Ahh, just wait!
