Perfect number of guitars is n+1

Hi, I bought a kit guitar about 6 years ago to experiment with and became completely hooked. I have more kits on the go than I want to admit and have recently started building bodies from scratch. Due to various shoulder and leg issues I can only build in short bursts, so the more relaxed pace of the Community build along was perfect for me. I really enjoyed following as many builds as I could last year and look forward to seeing what everyone else builds this year!

This is as far as I'm going to get before the deadline.

As soon as this year's GGBO was launched I started work on my bass guitar, which was going to be the second olive topped resin river guitar I have built. Last year I built an olive river firebird, which I was really pleased with.

Then the summer from hell arrived. I caught covid, which got quite serious and gave me heart issues for a while. Sadly, two of our lovely dogs passed away within weeks of each other. Our third dog had a stroke a few weeks ago, and now I'm off with the 'flu.

When everything settles down again I'm going to finish the build in my own time and hope to be back next year for GGBO 2023.
